What Is Tabata?

Tabata, founded by a Japanese sports scientist called Dr. Izumi, is the name of a specific type of workout that improves endurance, speed and blasts off fat. It has more spice that conventional cardio and is performed in only 4 minutes. 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds.

Each monthly studio membership is a recurring monthly payment automatically debited from your account on file. There are no roll overs of unused classes, no refunds or transferring of memberships.
Each membership allows you a number of classes per month, corresponding to the membership you purchase. Monthly members receive 10% off all merchandise and incentives.
