Tread Tabata was founded by Boston based fitness guru, Kathy Glabicky in 2011. With over 20 years in the fitness industry as a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and on the Corporate Fitness side, she knew there was a need for something different. A workout with amazing energy, pumping tunes, hits the full body, combines cardio & strength, time efficient, always different, for all fitness levels, led by knowledgeable and up beat instructors and a workout that will produce that afterburn of calories long after you have left the studio!
Treadmill boredom is huge! People hate running or they are afraid they can’t do it. But, you can do anything for 20 seconds! Kathy knew the amazing benefits of Hiit training, especially Tabata. Using her business degree & entrepreneurial spirit, a ton of research, trial and error, Tread Tabata was born.
Kathy G. was Named one of Shape Magazine’s “Top 50 hottest Female Trainers in America 2014”, Kathy an ACE Personal Trainer, AFAA and Group EX Instructor holds many different certifications that she utilizes for her classes. She resides in Boston with her husband and son. Tread Tabata has been so well received and successful, adding studios is in the works! Watch out!
