We are a High Intensity Interval Training class using a treadmill or spin bike combined with a specific, always changing full body floor workout set to a customized app. Everything is Tabata Style, 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds, equaling 4 minutes. Kathy G, the creator & founder, wanted to create a workout that was efficient and effective (45 minutes), fun, transforms your health, meets you where you’re at & fits into your schedule. All you gotta to do is show up. You can do anything for 20 seconds.
