What Is Tabata?

Tabata, founded by a Japanese sports scientist called Dr. Izumi, is the name of a specific type of workout that improves endurance, speed and blasts off fat. It has more spice that conventional cardio and is performed in only 4 minutes. 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds.

tread tabata run® is a small group high intensity interval exercise class taught on the treadmill, utilizing varying speeds and inclines, combined with full body intervals on the floor, synchronized to a uniquely created customized app. A Tabata-type protocol is used for 20 seconds of maximum effort, 10 seconds rest – for eight cycles equaling four minutes each of high intensity cardio and strength work. A warm-up, full body workout session, and stretching and cool-down round out the 50 min class.

tread tabata ride® is a small group high intensity interval exercise class taught on the spin bike, utilizing varying resistance and speeds , combined with full body intervals on the floor, synchronized to a uniquely created customized app. A Tabata-type protocol is used for 20 seconds of maximum effort, 10 seconds rest – for eight cycles equaling four minutes each of high intensity cardio and strength work. A warm-up, full body workout session, and stretching and cool-down round out the 50 min class.

tread tabata redefined® is a small group high intensity interval exercise class taught just on the floor, using full body intervals, synchronized to a uniquely created customized app. A Tabata-type protocol is used for 20 seconds of maximum effort, 10 seconds rest – for eight cycles equaling four minutes each of high intensity cardio and strength work This class is designed for those who wish to not use switch off with the cardio equipment and still get the customized workout on the floor. A warm-up, full body workout session, and stretching and cool-down round out the 50 min class.
