HIIT (high intensity interval training) classes taught on the treadmill or spin bike combined with full body intervals on the floor using 20 sec on, 10 sec rest Tabata type, set to a customized Tread Tabata app.

Tread Tabata® is the innovative creation by fitness guru and Personal Trainer Kathy Glabicky. Her mission is to bring an amazing and unique fitness experience to the people.  Instructors guide participants through a customized Tabata workout, 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds of cardio and an always- changing full body floor workout.

Tread Tabata® was designed to better ones physical, emotional and spiritual self through all - out high intensity energy. Pumping music coupled with a customized app created by Kathy. Instructors lead the one of a kind workout guaranteed to connect us with our BEST SELF.
